Pros

Good working atmosphere. Growth opportunities. On-time Salary. Good medical facilities.

Cons

The Transport facilities were poor but now becoming good only at AIroli. A lot of escalations need to be made to get a resolution on the problem. Cafeteria Vendor is terrible with crap food, excellent Sandwich counter though.
