      Great growth opportunities. This company promotes internal growth. Sutherland sticks to its Core values and aligns you with its Mission and Vision.

      Cons

      The Learning curve is not at its very best. The lower management is not helped with effective tools to improve productivity and performance. Need more non-technical accounts in Malad. This becomes a hindrance in growth for employees from a non-technical background.

      Slow growth through hierarchy. Slow growth in salary. Lacks career development, less amount of entertainment activities. work throughout the clock 24 / 7. Unbalanced training. Unbalanced work.

      Well organised hiring and training process. Lot of learning depending on the account/process you are working for. Corporate level exposure. A lot of Technical process to chose from. Spending sometime with the company might present an opportunity to work with different processes and gain knowledge on different domains. Opportunities to gain knowledge on next level. Chances to work in different locations.

      Cons

      Growth might depend on the growth of the process. Although you would get lot for exposure for next level. The actual promotion might take longer.
