Pros

Lots of experience can be gained Diverse work force and management Fair pay for the work expected Ability to advance if you can prove you have the talent Great starting place to launch a career

Cons

It's a BPO - that means a lot of people, densely packed, and only a few can have real advancement opportunities. Communication can be challenge, company is going in many different directions simultaneously. Maintaining consistency in approach across geographies is challenging from what I can tell.

Pros

One of the best benefit packages I have ever seen! Plenty of opportunity to move around the company whether that be up to management or to a different department altogether. Excellent training.

Cons

You getting the schedule you want is based completely on your performance... a bad month and your going to lose the monday-friday day shift
