- Not the place for me; it's a very Extroverted-type job environment and very neurotypical. My position is getting off-shored and automated, with the only projected jobtype will be phone-work. - Not the best at accommodating for those that are Neurodivergent or disabled. The few similar co-workers I've had over the years here did not last long for varying reasons relating to their chronic illnesses and disabilities because the job keeps a strict-and highly arbitrary-attendance metric. - Annual pay increases do not take Inflation into account.
