      Great colleagues, great place to work. Good salary. Lots of freedom.

      Cons

      Management is to slow or incapable, no empathy towards co-workers, no knowledge of project(!) but this depends on the project you work for.

      Salary is a premium

      Pros

      Haven't been long in this position but the company culture is relaxed and chilled. Depending on your position and role the work could be mentally demanding since you are dealing with customers and customers all around the world love to abuse customer service workers, but the pay is great. Referral fee is also said to be generous. Need to work more time to find out more pros.

      Cons

      Annual leave policy is not that good. Only the minimum required by the law. Despite the high monthly salary, there's not really any bonus available. Need to work more years to find out more cons.
