Pros

surely working for a top tier has it perks like fair pay and health packages.

Cons

This is specific to the program that I worked with. If those at the top of the department doesn't like you then you can expect them not to treat you well. Promotions are given to those people who follow them even if the said employee is not worth promoting, to make it worst, even if the employee didn't pass the sutherland requirements such as assessments they are still endorsed by those at the top and the guidelines are bypassed. In short, they dont have integrity and they even tolerate fraud activities for personal gains perhaps. They remove people they don't like, in fact I was removed myself from the company and I recently won a dole case against them and was ruled illegally dismissed.

Pros

Awesome co workers. 6 week paid training. Work with school schedule. Pay isn't too shabby, but after you hit the floor and realize all you have to do, I still think employees should start off at a higher pay.

Cons

"SALES SALES SALES" is all you hear after training. Initially in the interviews, they make it seem like the job is strictly customer service. HA, what a joke. Once you hit the floor, you'll hear "how many sales are you gonna get me today" every 10 mins from your team manager. If you don't sell wireless or broadband, your schedule is basically going to suck. Had I known that sales were going to be shoved down my throat, I would've never taken the offer. BEWARE OF SALES!!!

Pros

trainers work with you to insure you have a grasp of the job that's expected of you. Hour long lunches are needed to detox from information overload.

Cons

the sheer magnitude of information that you're expected to grasp in the time frame given results in information overload.
