Anyone employed at Sutherland can be recognized and/or awarded points by anyone else in the company. This program has taken off, and many have been using it to spread their appreciation! As stated before, Sutherland strongly believes in promoting from within. We are constantly posting positions on our internal job board, and employees are encouraged to apply. LEAD programs are also available to those interested in advancing their careers within the company.
