Pros

Working From Home with Sutherland was a pretty good experience. The training was easy enough to keep up for even the least tech-savy person and my trainer was amazing, she always made work feel fun. Pros would be the pay, the people, and the benefits.

Cons

The cons would have to be the co-workers brushing off their work onto the next person. But they eventually get caught.
