Toxic culture and favoritism overshadow any positives

They work as a third party service to some of top clients. There are not much in pros. Salary credited on time.
Cons
Incentives are included in the package. Unreal metrics, which wont be in employee hands. They hired lot of employees from same company for Airbnb Client and formed a group promoting and giving special treatment to them. Lack of knowledge in the team leaders. If the project has NPS score calculated in your metrics then the management will put you on PIP consecutively. They want the NPS score to be improved by all means, even if we leak the client money, they will be least bothered unless client sits on their head. Too many meetings everyday. Leaders lack clarity, they promote random persons for food and other amenities. When performance degrades because of them, then they come and sit on honest performers squeezing every last blood.
