-Low Pay for huge (HUGE) workloads -No Raises -Where is the manager???? AFK always -Trying to get PTO is like pulling teeth -You have NO say in your schedule. They give you your schedule and that's it. -Workload very high and no incentive to be a top performer -Nepotism. Want to be higher on the ladder? You better know someone. -Why is my lunch break an hour into my shift and THEN I have 2 15 minute breaks??? HUH??? -High turnover -Poor attitudes from chain of command -Very complicated HR system. ---Can't go to HR without going through your manager first. See the problem here?
