Worst Company Ever

The company has no pros at all.

Cons

The absolute worst job ever, very unorganized, hard to move in different programs and the center is extremely unprofessional. You can never get in touch with the HR department because they always tell the receptionist to say that their busy. Manager don't know anything about the job, they can't even give you info on taking a medical leave, company makes it hard for advancement s well.

a fulltime job, which is difficult to obtain in Las Vegas

Cons

I was not told in advance my schedule would change continually, as a matter of fact, we were told in training, we would be on night shift we certain days off. I now know that is not the way a call center works
