Pros

If you are looking for people that are caring and respectful and able to make sure that you have everything that you need run to Sutherland. I can’t tell you how much I have gone through since the day I started here talk about grace! Yes so I came in the position I have after being diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and I wasn’t even there a year and they paid me while I went through chemo and radiation then I got a position transfer to another position and i could not have asked for better people bro! I’m just saying a company of people who treat you like a human. It’s been a bumpy road with my personal life and the management never ever made me feel away!!!! Good place to work id say!!!!

Cons

Them customers that call in are definitely built different. However this is not one of those places where the supervisors aren’t there for you so in the midst of being talk to bad they will definitely handle it!

Pros

The only pro is having the job.

Cons

Positive reviews only come from the international offices. The experience of US workers is subpar. They pay dirt and they treat employees like absolute trash. They don't value us. They micromanage every minute of our day. They treat us horribly and when we attempt to stand up for ourselves, they gaslight us by trying to make it sound like we're the problem. The SLA's and KPI's are completely unrealistic with almost no margin of error. Did I mention they pay dirt? They never want to approve PTO, so you have to wind up calling out sick and then they complain that too many people are calling out, so they can't approve PTO. It's a vicious cycle that makes no sense! And they don't get it. They're absolutely clueless. I wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy. I would give zero stars if I could.
