Pros

Great Benefits, Good Pay. One of the last companies that still offer pension plans but you need to be vested 5 years minimum. This is just of of the reasons why people stay in Sutter for so long

Medical Benefits are very good, not the best, but definitely a worth if that’s your draw

Cons

If pay was better, it would offset the need for the medical benefits.

Recruitment Team really embodies Sutter values. They're compassionate and caring, and very passionate about what they do. Everyone's a team player.

Cons

Ability to promote is limited since people stay a long time in their positions (because of high job satisfaction, which is great.)
