      Great culture at risk from overburdened staff

      Great company culture and vision.

      Cons

      Managers/Supervisors are given more and more work without pay or support. I worry that Sutter is pivoting away from the great company culture to focus on the bottom line and overburden their dedicated staff.

      Good if you want to get a high rate of pay.

      Working out kinks within system and service lines. This will be a painful experience if you are not ready for the fire hydrant.
