The above pro is pushed to such a large extent that excellence isn't a focus. There is a lot of minimum effort and fear of change that leads to stagnancy and inefficiency.

Pros

Sutter Physician Services is a great employer with amazing growth opportunities. I came in at an entry level patient service representative position and have been promoted twice over 5 years and am currently in a supervisor role

Cons

Training for leadership positions hasn't been great in the past but it is improving recently. Otherwise no other complaints. This has been a great company to work for.
