Pros
Good people to work with in the clinic but difficult to connect with all of the temporary physicians. This team has seen a lot of personnel changes but still functions well together.
Cons
Not enough permanent physicians-too many temporary physicians working two week shifts. Also too many specialties for one person to code without any help.
