Pros

All agents get two 15 minute breaks.

Cons

My health insurance almost doubled in cost for 2023 vs 2022 and 2021. The insurance is not the best if you don’t live in California. Don’t expect a livable wage in Utah as a CSR II. Also internal hiring/cross training is being discussed and no raise is being offered.

Pros

The company likes to promote from within and give you opportunities for forward momentum. Nice company culture. If I'd actually enjoyed my job I would have stayed longer, but call center work is awful no matter what.

Cons

The billing call center was woefully understaffed and HR put a hiring freeze on, exasperating the problem.
