      Great benefits and pay. Very employee friendly.

      Cons

      Mentoring and developing leaders from within is non-existent. If you're not at the corporate office or close with someone at the top, you will lose out to outside applicants for promotions. Mgmt is not very open and honest with feedback regarding performance.

      The company has great benefits overall including; medical, dental, 401k, tuition reimbursement. Also has other perks like discounts to certain popular place or services.

      Cons

      There is not much growth for many positions like Medical Assistants or LVNs. Most management positions require RN degrees.
