      Benefits are good, PTO is easy accumulated and increasing with seniority

      Management is poor and do not care about individuals, ecpesially seniority

      Pros

      Benefits only. That's it. Nothing else. This review is making me write 20 words. I can't think of anything other than benefits.

      Cons

      Oppressive envirorment. Top heavy in management. Lousy salary for RNs that are not at the bedside (transplant coordinators, case managers, quality). They don't believe in flexible scheduling or working from home (but ok for managers). Too focused on profit. Don't value nurses. No room to advance. I can go on and on. Don't come to work here. I've been here for 15 years and since Sutter took over its gone downhill.
