Good benefits, feedback from management. Employee Work Survey yearly.

Cons

Horrible raises, favoritism, No teamwork between California & Utah offices. Said would never have a call center environment? Exactly what happened. Doesn't know how to control the growth.

Good opportunity to get your foot in the door. Familiarizing yourself with different document types. Friendly atmosphere and great team to be apart of.

Cons

No room to grow in the department. Very repetitive at times, communication could be better between management and staff. Also I feel favoritism plays a role in what review grades are given.
