      Pros

      Work is busy and challenging, but that makes it mentally stimulating and rewarding. Managers and directors try to excel in all they do, and they have a really dedicated team.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work for, telecommuting may or may not be a possibility. Would be nice if telecommuting were consistently available across the organization.
