      I have worked at numerous locations and various positions in Sacramento CA. during my 19 year career in healthcare. I love working at Sutter Health!

      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      It was close to my apartment and I was able to walk to work. Which came in handy since they charge employees $20 a day for parking.

      Cons

      Pathetic wages, unsafe nurse:patient ratios, the worst management I have EVER seen, always short staffed and an abundance of inexperienced nurses texting on their cell phones all day while ignoring patients and alarms. The worst employee morale I have seen in an over 20 year career. The doctors treat the nurses like idiots.
