Pros
Good pay. Sutter maintains a culture of safety. Class organization.
Cons
Pto program is outrageously unfair. They take your pto every time there is a holiday or you have to take a sick day, there is no option to take an unpaid day. The program is not generous enough to allow for this kind of nonsense. Makes it impossible to take any kind of vacation. So frustrating and disappointing; otherwise I would give 5 stars as a rating, but work/life balance is important to me and I feel I should have more control over how my PTO is spent. Give me the choice to use it or not for a holiday.
