      Great company with excellent pay and benefits. Dynamic challenging environment. There are opportunities for growth with their continuing education benefits and they encourage promotion from within.

      Sutter Health is a large company with many regions, locations, and departments. Each of these have their own culture and environment so some areas have outstanding work environments others do not.

      The People I worked with were wonderful! Our new manager was very good, morale increased when she started working with us.

      The argument between the hospital and union had not been resolved when I left. The whole thing was difficult on the staff.
