      Pros

      Great positive and creative culture. Leadership constantly supports you and are always willing to work with you to accomplish your goals. It is also a company that is growing rapidly, advancement opportunities are always available if you work hard.

      Cons

      The level entry employees are very unprofessional and people complain often.

      A Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Insurance benefits are great, and they're very understanding for employees with medical needs. Most Team Leads I had were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management runs around with their heads cut off 75% of the time. They expect us to always know what they know, but a lot of employees slip through the cracks of not being informed, and those employees unfairly get reprimanded for it.

      Pros

      Great staff, loving fellow nurses, current hospital location is beautiful!! As a nurse i am given a decent amount of autonomy.

      Cons

      Management is not the greatest. They seem to ve concerned more with the bottom line of saving money rather than the satisfaction and retention of great nursed
