      Flexible, casual and friendly place to work

      Pros

      Very flexible with taking time off, even last minute; super casual dress code; friendly management (mostly); good benefits; good location close to home; very laid back supervisors/managers (mostly) and exercise class options during lunch time as well as a small gym on site that employees can use.

      Cons

      In my personal experience, it is extremely difficult to move within the company. I have been here for 2.5 years and have only had 2 interviews despite of having been applying for jobs constantly. There is a lot of favoritism going on when it comes to promotions. It seems that it's not what you know, but who you know here at SPS. It can get very discouraging.

      Very accommadating with medical issues, friendly, always genuine. They CARE about their employees!!!
