Thank you for sharing this feedback. Supervisor and employee one-on-one time and training is extremely important and we believe that there is always opportunity to make things better. Here's what we've done. To increase leadership presence and availability on the floor, we have implemented the assistance line which connects team members to Supervisors and SMEs to assist with questions that arise daily. We will also make a focused effort to commit to 1:1 time with staff to ensure we are meeting your needs for success. For training new hires, we will give them an opportunity to practice skills in a simulated/controlled environment with peer mentors prior to encountering these situations in their actual role. Your feedback has been instrumental in helping us continually improve.
