      High pay. Great location. Nice coworkers and friendly physicians.

      Ever-changing management. 8 hour shifts. Not always guaranteed vacation.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, great benefits, overall excellent, safe, patient care. Easy shuttle rides available between campuses.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive with other bay are hospitals, the hospital is going through a union transition that is not is alignment with upper management. Cafeteria food is sub par.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were very helpful and were always willing to help you out. I also enjoyed it because it was close to home. Saved tons of money on gas.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, in order to be promoted it's who you know not what you know. And the first group of people I worked with had tendencies in complaining more than doing there share of work.
