      Pros

      Based upon SEIU Union- Full Medical, Dental & Vision coverage free for you + Family, Paid time off, Sick leave and some retirement. Easy to move around within the company once your in (ie if you start in housekeeping and become an RN or Xray tech you have first priority on jobs)

      Cons

      Nothing major, occasionally upper management doesn't appreciate some good employees.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and most clinicians who want to do right by patients. Great referral system. Our patients are great!

      Cons

      To much management. Some areas need more staff. Extremely slow processes. Its either i need it yesterday or we get to it Sometime.
