      Pros

      Human resources support and employee advice line as well as payroll information can be accessed with complex sign in process and respond within 24 hours.

      Cons

      The employment enrollment process does require a minimum of 3 monthes and the review process as well as physical exam takes many long hours. I waited 6 hours for the pre emplyment physical and the computer sign in process for documentation of new employees is akward and frustration with many computer clithes.

      Pros

      Some great doctors within the organization. Nice facilities and good hours for patients.

      Cons

      Micro-managing at an all time HIGH! Horrible managers that don't really listen to the employees and rather go off of their own agendas. Head management doesn't listen to employees issues and rather would prefer to sweep things under the rug. PTO sucks as well and pay is average. Raises are very minimal (cents)
