      Pros

      the pay and benefits are good. full medical, dental and vision benefits. Work environment is sometimes stressful due to being in a hospital or can be mellow at times.

      Cons

      No room to move up in the department. Salary increase in low. No parking benefits. Dealing with some doctors can be stressful.
