      Great benefits and great employees and co-workers throughout the facility.

      Cons

      We plus you mantra doesn't apply to employees. A very politically correct atmosphere emanates from management. The Five Pillars and processes to improve them at the local level are forced on employees, and yet its not possible to hold management responsible for their actions. You can't tell the king "he's not wearing any clothes."
