      Pros

      Often one of the few health care options in your area. Pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Recognition if you don't work in Sacramento is limited. Job advancement is primarily in Sacramento. Talented people are overlooked and underutilized if they are not part of the Sacramento Enterprise team.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, teams, clients. A high value placed on integrity, patient information safety, employee wellness, security, etc. Competitive salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      Hiring process took a long time and information given regarding the position during interview wasn't what was happening in reality. No work-life balance. No options to work remotely. Lack of trust in employees from upper management. Too many strict rules that remind you of being in elementary school. Micromanagement from top down. Promises from upper management were made and not honored. Career path was non-existent for some and others benefited from having good relations with management.

      The environment is great and a wonderful company to work for. I was promoted to leadership with in 9 months.

      Cons

      The parking could be better but that's it.
