S3 filled with Nordstrom employees

Pros

Know the right people get far.

Cons

Unless your a former Nordstrom employee, or you know the right person in management you won't get far. The agents hired in the S3 contact center don't have any experience. They call themselves HR but they staff people who don't even have degrees, much less experience in HR. When they mistakenly hire people capable of doing the job, they harass them. Movement is based on favorites not merit. They claim to care about customer service but really it's about getting the bottom of the barrel Nordstrom employees.

Pros

At the Patient Service Center for Sutter Physician Services, we are key players in helping patients through their healthcare experience. From answering the call to schedule an appointment, to helping patients understand their bill, agents here are focused on making their callers feel valued, protected and in good hands.

Cons

There aren't many negatives about working at Sutter Physician Services. We have all sorts of positions and shifts available, and having a life outside of work is absolutely doable!

Pros

Starting out was great, then management changed.

Cons

I got hurt on the job and everything went downhill after that. I couldn't preform my duties and felt pressured to resign. Workmans comp was a complete joke and corporate was a nightmare to deal with. If you don't have any problems then this job will work for you, but if you get sick or hurt don't expect sympathy and even if you have a doctor that tells you not to work for 6 weeks, don't expect a company (that is a hospital/ medical company) to go along with your doctor, they will ask for paperwork and still may not "approve" of the time off and put you through hell stressing over if you will have a job when you come back! I also was given a hard time missing work on a MONDAY (their busiest day) for a family FUNERAL!!!!
