      Smart, engaged doctors. Friendly staff. Some transplant outcomes are among the best in the country. Leaders in kidney paired-exchange swaps.Good email communication of changes, adverse events and opportunities. Staff is allowed a great amount of autonomy.

      Cons

      IT can be cumbersome. Performance measures are not clear and easily available. Unclear growth opportunities for current staff.
