      Pros

      Good opportunity to get your foot in the door. Familiarizing yourself with different document types. Friendly atmosphere and great team to be apart of.

      Cons

      No room to grow in the department. Very repetitive at times, communication could be better between management and staff. Also I feel favoritism plays a role in what review grades are given.

      Too much favoritism. Hard to advance with in non skilled departments. Difficult to transfer....management is unreliable
