      Great benefits! Great PTO! I'm lucky to have a fabulous supervisor. SUTTER Health is truly one of the best organizations to work for!

      Great overall health system that's committed to the patient experience

      - Plenty of improvement and educational opportunities for staff and leadership team members - Analyzes data to improve patient experience and seeks input from frontline staff with developing solutions - Solid pay and benefits

      Cons

      - Very conservative approach to all projects, which makes many short-term needs problematic - Website and online fictions are lacking
