Sutter Health reviews

Too many to list. They don't care about their employees. They want you to just sit in a chair and crank out numbers to make them look good on paper. They put way too much faith and back their management even though most of them should not be in those jobs. They are terrified of law suits from patients but could care less about one from their employees. No team building, no room for growth or opportunity, no job security.

Only one educator in program, as of July 2022 (that may change for next year's cohort). She's fantastic, but if you don't get along, could be a problem. They do bring in outside educators for many of the didactics, however.
