Pros
There is definitely a culture of wanting to manage people up into great opportunities. My experience here is that if you want to excel and grow, this is the place to do it. People are accepting of employee goals.
Cons
The performance review is somewhat different from what I used to and there was very little explanation regarding the process. It takes a long time and it is very involved. When it was all over, I did not feel I had gained anymore value than shorter processes I had participated in and other employers.
