Pros
I met some really good people, ones I really enjoyed seeing each day. The managers are really personable, and there are some employees who are very dedicate, to the point where it cuts into their personal lives.
Cons
-They expect managers to work weekends and pseudo-holidays, even if they work 50+ hour weeks. -staffing levels were kept at a minimum, which led to employees having to work overtime week after week. -some of the processes were outdated, not even using computers to handle tasks that would take a fraction of the time if they did
