      Excellent opportunities for transfer to other positions and affiliates.

      Middle management across the board are often disconnected from clinical staff/clinical needs in terms of morale and support for workers as they are too caught up in administrative red tape.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great opportunities to advance your career, great education department and classes offered. The pay is competitive and there is accrued paid time off.

      Cons

      It is a large company and the human resources department and payroll are all based out of Sacramento so it is a pain to deal with.
