      Organization is okay but....

      Pros

      Overall, the company has great values (ie-patient care is #1) and there are a lot of dedicated and hardworking people that belong to this organization.

      Cons

      Compensation is okay but could be a lot better. Not sure if all the dedication and hard work is acknowledge/recognized. A lot of great workers are lost to other companies because the salaries don't seem to be competitive/market value.

      Pros

      It is an exciting place to work. The hospital is on the cutting edge of new developments in medicine.

      Cons

      With the alliance with Sutter Health, the hospital mind set is to give every one more and more to do. To the point that a good employee cannot do a good job because of the overload. I have worked there a long time and some of the things I see do not equate to good patient care.
