      Great benefits. Nice people to work with. Good team environment.

      When looking for other positions internally (promotions, position change), existing employees are not given preferential treatment. Must compete with everyone that applies externally.

      Hours range from 7 to 3:30 to 10 to 6:30 M-F. Staff work in teams that are encouraged to solve problems together. Upper Management recognizes milestones and have held breakfasts, BBQ's, ice cream socials. Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Some team management lead from their chair. Often staff is left to ask a fellow co-worker to solve the problem. Unless you are a favorite, it is not likely you will be chosen for a special project.
