      They provide a structured training process, reasonable pay, and benefits.

      Cons

      It's hard to network within the company to obtain cross training and building multiple skills. Managers seem to have a lot of social politics that interfere with the employees advancement opportunities.

      I have previous experience at St. Luke's Hospital. St. Luke's Hospital is an excellent place to work. They take pride in putting the patients first.

      Cons

      The only con I have is balancing family and work with two young children.
