      Nice people to work with and you get the opportunity to meet many diverse patients. Great location.

      Food is terrible, pay is low, and no opportunity for advancement

      The people are great and compensation is good.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, excellent health benefits, free parking, excellent healthcare. Good location.

      Cons

      Low pay - DEFINITELY not competitive with the Bay Area. When I tried to negotiate salary, HR said "Well we're not Stanford or UCSF". Little employee recognition. Sutter enjoys making strict rules and reminding you that you will be disciplined or fired if you don't follow the rules.
