      Pros

      Great opportunites in Sutter Health Network. The opportunity to advance is available and education is encouraged. Salary is decent when compared to other hospitals.

      Cons

      The Sutter Health Network have poor networking and it's very difficult to transfer in between Sutter Hospitals. Leadership in Sacramento Sierra region is questionable .

      People are generally friendly, benefits are good.

      Cons

      All PM's are contractors who don't live in the state so are basically there to collect a paycheck which makes for a very in personable environment.

      Pros

      staff are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and have a positive attitude towards their patients

      Cons

      Some nurses are lazy. they think they are paid to sit and chat instead of focusing to their patients and charting online. they kept on complaining that CNA's or PCA's don't do their work when in fact their hospital attendant are working for more than 10 clients. Nurses are taking care of only 3-5 clients per shift, and some could not even finish their work on time because they love to sit first check their cellphone, etc.
