      Sutter Health is growing and the system's long-term prospects in Northern California are probably very bright.

      Cons

      There is a severe lack of alignment between senior Operating Units (Bay and Valley) and the senior and middle management at the hospital affiliate level. This misalignment is chronic and has resulted in distrust-filled work culture, which is hard on all employees, but particularly hard on senior and middle managers who are wish to generate positive change.
