      Pros

      The salary and benefits package is great. Plenty of access to and communication from senior leaders. Ability to transfer between locations and stay with the company is good.

      Cons

      While promotion is from within-getting noticed can be a challenge. Certain facilities seem to get a lot of attention and others don't.

      Pros

      Interesting and important work. Good people. Good pay and benefits. Reasonable chance to remain viable at its current or a larger over the coming decade.

      Cons

      Intermittant lay-offs. So-so communication below senior managment levels. Decision-making can be agonizingly slow. Too little focus on follow through on initiatives.

      I love the people that I work with...people that I both like AND respect. Great benefits, growth opportunities, education support. Overall fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing major, but fostering more inter-departmental knowledge sharing would be helpful.
