Get to hell people and meet lots of amazing nurses and doctors

Cons

Terrible management and accountability. No room for growth and everything is based on favoritism. Toxic environment and management just blames the lower level staff for everything. Some patients are totally abusive and the behavior is tolerated

Flexible schedule in my dept Not micromanaged

Cons

Management doesn’t communicate well and you get a different answer depending on which manager you talk to... definitely not all on the same page Manager of my dept doesn’t know what is going on with the team. All of his time is spent in meetings and he doesn’t follow through on anything. No room for growth in my line of work within the company. Systems that crash almost daily. Lots of things announced (new directives, etc) that aren’t well thought out.

The only reason I stayed so long was because the medical and dental benefits.

Cons

Overworked and under appreciated. Never publicly thanked for the different roads that I had to pave on my own without any training.
