If you’re not a clinician, run away! The constant state of reductions, restructuring and layoffs here is crippling to the workforce. Toxic culture and self-serving leaders and peers across the entire organization. I’ve never seen such dysfunction in my two decades in healthcare. No wonder turn over is so high in the executive ranks. They have front row tickets to this sh!tshow.
